Expect an increase in cloud cover as a tropical wave approaches the islands. Showers near the wave axis as it passes over the islands Wednesday night are limited, but moisture associated with the ITCZ behind the wave, will generate scattered showers and possible isolated thunderstorms across SVG around Thursday. Friday is forecast to be slightly hazy and mostly fair with the chance of some showers towards afternoon as unstable conditions from another approaching tropical wave approaches the islands to affect around Saturday with a high chance of rain and isolated thunderstorms during Saturday. Residents and motorists in areas prone to flooding and landslides and near rivers and streams are asked to exercise caution.

Winds will blow from the east north east (ENE) at 20km/h-30km/h and become easterly (E) by Thursday. It will become breezy around Thursday night approximately 20km/h-35km/h with higher gusts near showers. Throughout Friday and Saturday, a moderate wind flow is forecast to prevail. Sea conditions will be slight to moderate with swells peaking at 1.0m on the western coasts and 2.0m on the eastern coasts during the next 72 hours. In addition, slight haze intrusion is likely around Friday.
