On 14.4.22, police arrested and charged Cordial Jack, 42 years old Carpenter of Murrays Village with the offence of Arson.
According to the investigations, the Accused man allegedly without lawful excuse destroyed one (1) 18 feet by 25 feet two-story wall and wooden dwelling house and its contents by setting it on fire.
The value of the dwelling house and its contents are unknown.
The incident occurred on 15.3.22 at about 10:37 am at Murrays Village.
Jack is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer these charges.
