    National Under – 17 male football team in Pride of Caribbean competition

    The National U-17 delegation left for Antigua and Barbuda on the 22nd of August to compete in the Pride of the Caribbean U17 Boy’s Competition.


    The team is competing amongst Grenada, St. Lucia, and host country Antigua and Barbuda fromMonday 23rd August – Sunday 28th August 2022.

    The Traveling Delegation goes as follows:
    Goal Keepers: Isaiah Barker and Devon Morgan.

    Defenders: Nyion Byron, Darson Joseph, Trent Ragguette, Lazaro Lynch, Amaro Charles, Pharon
    Durham, and Dimitri Thomas.
    Midfielders: Javid Richardson, Kijani Thomas, J’Quan Glasgow, Juemar Luke, and Imani Miller.
    Forwards: Mosranny Harry, Keivon Clarke, Prince-Lee Isaacs, Aj Delpesche, Isiah Charles, and
    Donte Enville.

    The Selection process was done island-wide through five zones, followed by centralized training for the final roster.


    The management team comprises of:
    • Head Coach – Wayde Jackson
    • Manager – Ronen Francis
    • Assistant Coaches – Shandel Samuel, Jason Waldron, Richard Hayde and, Ralph Stowe.
    • Goalkeeper Coaches – Melvin Andrews and Kenyon Lynch.


    Our Technical Department is dedicated to providing the opportunity for all players to showcase their diverse talents, with the incorporation and focus on holistic development.
    The SVGFF extends thanks to the Clubs, Schools, Parents, and all who assisted in the process.

    The team won their first game on Tuesday by defeating host Antigua 3 goals to 2. The next game is scheduled for later today when they would take on St Lucia at 5 pm.
