The first 21 houses that were constructed at Orange Hill, through a donation by the Mustique Charitable Trusts, as part of the Volcano Recovery Programme, will be handed over on Tuesday 26th September.
The handing over ceremony will be hosted by the Ministry of National Mobilisation, Social Development, Family, Gender Affairs, Youth, Housing and Informal Human Settlements at the site of the new homes at Orange Hill.
Speakers at the ceremony would include the Honourable Minister of Housing and Informal Settlements, Dr. Hon. Orando Brewster; parliamentary representative for the North Windward Constituency, Hon. Montgomery Daniel; and Chairman of the Mustique Charitable Trusts, Mr Roger Pritchard.
The feature address will be delivered by Prime Minister Dr. Hon. Ralph E. Gonsalves.
