December 10, 2023-Kingstown: On Friday December 08, 2023, Police arrested and jointly charged Zachary John, a 23-year-old Police Officer of Yambou, and Ismael Isaacs, a 30-year-old Mechanic of Diamond with the following offences:
For having in their possession one black Glock 22 pistol, serial # LNL 209 with intent to commit an offence.
For being armed with one Glock 22 pistol serial # LNL 209, unlawfully threatened to discharge such firearm at a 25-year-old resident of Diamond. The offences were allegedly committed on Wednesday December 06, 2023, about 4:30 p.m. at Villa.
The accused men are in police custody and will be arraigned before the Serious Offence Court on Monday December 11, 2023, to answer the charges.
