Arnos Vale, St. Vincent and the Grenadines – The sixth edition of the Dream 11 Vincy Premier League (VPL) T10 is set to offer a record-breaking $50,000 prize for the champions, making it the highest-ever payout in the history of cricket in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Windward Islands. The runners-up will also receive a substantial $20,000.
Scheduled for April 7 – 20, 2025, at the Arnos Vale Playing Field, the tournament will conclude with finals played under lights, adding to the excitement of the Lit Vibes! themed event.
The announcement was made during the players’ draft on February 24, 2025, at the Arnos Vale Sporting Complex Conference room, attended by team representatives and officials from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Cricket Association (SVGCA). Cricket West Indies president, Dr. Kishore Shallow, praised the growth of the VPL since its inception five years ago.
This edition will feature over 18 international players, including Carlos Brathwaite, Andre Fletcher, Ashley Nurse, Jonathan Carter, and Shamar Springer, along with Vincentian stars Obed McCoy, Sunil Ambris, and Kesrick Williams. The record prize money is expected to heighten the competition, attracting global attention to this premier Caribbean cricket tournament.
