KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION SET FOR 16 APRIL – 11 MAY
FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
The Ministry of Education is pleased to announce that Kindergarten Registration for the 2025-2026 academic year will open on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, and close on Sunday, May 11, 2025; and encourages parents and guardians to take advantage of this nearly four-week period to enroll their children who are eligible to enter primary school.
Registration Methods
All schools will conduct face-to-face registration at their respective locations, however, the following institutions will primarily utilize online registration via www.education.gov.vc
- Kingstown Preparatory School
- Kingstown Anglican School
- Kingstown Government School
- C. W. Prescod Primary School
- Lodge Village Government School
For parents and guardians who are unable to access the online form or experience difficulty with the online process, face-to-face registration will take place at these schools (listed above) from Monday 28 April, 2025, to Monday 5 May, 2025, as outlined below:
Monday, 28 April, 2025: Kingstown Preparatory 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 29 April, 2025: C. W. Prescod Primary 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, 30 April, 2025: Kingstown Government 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Friday, 2 May, 2025: Lodge Village Government 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Monday, 5 May, 2025: Kingstown Anglican School 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible for Kindergarten, a child should have attained the age of four (4) years by 30 April, 2025.
- A birth certificate and immunization card must accompany the students for
registration after placement.
