The RSVGPF has charged Kesroy Ryan, a 25-year-old labourer of Lowmans Leeward, in connection with a deadly shooting in Belmont on May 16, 2025, which left three people dead and several others injured.

Attempted Murder (3 counts):
Haydon Ballantyne (60) – Labourer
Lorna Davis (68) – Chef
Ban Craft Abbott (56) – Plumber
The attack occurred between 9:00 p.m. and 9:03 p.m. on May 16.
