    Police investigating burglary and theft at Funeral home

    Police are investigating a report of Burglary and Theft made by a 28-year-old Resident of South Union against some unknown person(s)

    According to investigations, the assailant allegedly entered the Eveready Funeral Home’s Workshop as a trespasser and stole two (2) Electrical Hand Sanders valued EC$1,400.00, one (1) vehicle transmission valued EC$2,000.00 and one (1) Distributor value EC$500.00ECC. The property of Eveready Funeral Home. The Incident occurred at Old Montrose between 23.07.19 and 24.07.19.

    The police are soliciting information that will aid with the arrest and prosecution of the offender(s). Persons are asked to contact the Assistant Commissioner in charge Crime at 1784-456-1339 or the Officer in charge the Criminal Investigations Department at 1784-456-1810 or any Police Station/ Officer that they are comfortable with. All information will be treated with strict confidence.
