    Finals of the SVG Community College Invitational Football competition set for Friday

    Four goals to two was the dominant score line on Tuesday at the Victoria Park, as the Year Two Arts, Sciences and General Studies and RSVG Police Youth Club earned the
    right to contest the finals of the and 2019 French Verandah National Lotteries SVG Community College Invitational Football competition.


    Year Two Arts Sciences and General Studies downed their junior counterparts from the Villa campus, Year Two Arts, Sciences and General Studies, four goals to two in semi-
    final one.
    A brace by Shayne Lynch, Player of the match for semi-final one, and a goal each from Garret Leigertwood and Joel Jack secured the Year Twos the victory.

    Andre Lavia and Ezra Glasgow netted for Year One Arts Sciences and General Studies.
    The score line was similar, four goals to two, in semi-final two went the way of the RSVG Police Youth Club over Jebelles Youths.

    A hattrick from player of semi-final two,Daniel Patrick, and a goal from Dennis Patterson sent the lawmen into the finals. Kamal Griffith had scored twice for Jebelles Youths.

    The Finals is slated for Friday 8th November, the Victoria Park. From 4:00pm, Jebelles Youths and Year One Arts, Sciences and General Studies will meet in the 3rd place Play off.

    Vincy Heat and the National under 23 team will play an exhibition game from 5:50pm after which from 7:30pm, the grand final will feature Year Two Arts, Sciences
    and General Studies against the RSVG Police Youth Club. Patrons can also win a number of attractive gate prizes.
