Police arrested and charged Romano Durham, 30 years old Welder of Edinboro for unlawfully discharging a firearm at a 38 year old Welder of Edinboro. Durham was additionally charged for damaging the right tire of a motor vehicle, by shooting the same with a gun. The vehicle was the property of the virtual complainant. According to investigations, the incident occurred in Edinboro about 11:15pm on the 28th September 2018. Romano Durham is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court to answer to the charges.
