The CWSA is issuing an URGENT reminder to all residential and commercial customers on Bequia, Canouan and Union Island to settle all the CWSA environmental fee charges that remain unpaid from January 2018.  This action is urgently required to avoid the disconnection of your electricity supply in accordance with the amended Environmental Health Services legislation passed in August of 2016.

Please be reminded that the CWSA zeroed all unpaid environmental fee balances from December 31st, 2017 and ALL customers began 2018 without arrears.

For information on electronic bill view, account and service queries please contact the Customer Service Department of the CWSA at 456-2946, email: [email protected] or inbox a message on the CWSA/SWMU Facebook page.
