Police arrested and charged Xavique Baptiste, 26 years Painter of Edinboro with the offense of Damage to Property and the unlawful discharging of a Firearm.
According to investigations, on 28.09.2018 about 11:15 pm at Edinboro, Xavique Baptiste allegedly discharged a firearm at 38 years old Mechanic of Edinboro. The accused also damaged the right rear tyre of Motor Vehicle PE 425 value $310.00ECC, by shooting it with a gun; the property of the virtual complainant.
