75 years old labourer charged for assaulting retired teacher

Police have arrested and charged Leon Samuel, 75 years old Labourer of Montaque, Georgetown for the offence of Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and attempt rape.
According to investigations, Leon Samuel allegedly (i) assaulted an 80 years old retired teacher by boxing her about her face, chest and hands, causing actual bodily harm. (ii) For with intent to commit the offence of rape on the virtual complainant did an act which is more than merely preparatory to the commission of the offence at Montaque, Georgetown about 6:10pm on 1.11.18.
