Police arrested and charged Lionel George, 25 years old unemployed of Rockies for with intent to commit the offence of Murder on Tevin Williams, 24 years old unemployed of Rockies, did an act which is more than merely preparatory to the commission of the offence by shooting him on the left side of his chest and right side of his buttocks with a gun, at Rockies about 9:07pm on 04.11.18.
