
Several awards were today presented to students who performed well in the 2018 Primary and Secondary Exit Exams.
Awards were presented to the top ten students in the 2018 Caribbean Primary Exit examination, CPEA, with Christian Gieo-warsingh topping the list.
Kyle Da Silva of the Mountain View Adventist Academy received the award for being the top performer overall in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate CSEC Exams, having passed 16 subjects.
He also received the award for being the top Male Performer at CSEC, while the award for Top Female performer at CSEC went to Kelcey Allen of the Girls’ High School.
Awards were also presented to students who gained 11 or more CSEC subjects; and the top performers in the various subject areas.
There were also awards for commendable performance after remediation, with Jolene Douglas being adjudged the top performer in this category.
