The Police Welfare Association (PWA) in conjunction with the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) will host the inaugural Elson “Racca” Richardson Memorial Lecture on Thursday November 14, 2019 under the theme “Honouring the Fallen and the Brave”.
The lecture will take place at Frenches House at 6pm. The Guest Speaker will be Reverend Adolph Davis, Superintendent Minister of the Methodist Church. Brief remarks will also be delivered by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr. Frankie Joseph and Station Sergeant Brenton Smith, Chairman of the Police Welfare Association.
