As the end of 2019 draws near, yet another officer of the law has gotten on the wrong side of the law.
Reports reaching ANN indicates that coast guard officer, Able Seaman Andre Samuel was arrested and charged for having unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 15. It is alleged that the incident took place on October 2, 2019 at which time the girl was 14 years of age.
The officer appeared at Serious offense and was granted $5,000 bail, one surety.
He was also to surrender all travel documents and to not have any contact with the virtual complainant, Stop orders have also been issued to all ports of entry/exit. This report comes a mere weeks after another police officer was also charged for similar offences.
