COW- Scattered clouds are presently noted over parts of the #LesserAntilles as conditions associated with a westward-moving tropical wave moves into the area.
Convection has been fairly limited for the past few hours but moderate patches can be seen building east of #Tobago and southeast of #Barbados presently
Significant development is NOT anticipated due to inhibiting environmental conditions
