Police have arrested and charged Oranson Garraway, 21 years old unemployed of Layou with possession of unlawful firearm and ammunition on 17.06.2020.
According to investigations, the accused man allegedly had in his possession one (1) homemade firearm without a license issued under the Firearms Act. He also had in his possession one (1) round of twelve-gauge ammunition without a license issued under the said Act. The incident occurred at Layou on 17.06.2020.
Garraway will appear before the Serious Offences Court to answer to the charges.
