Feature: Radikal Entertainment is a new business which aims to showcase and assist with the growth and development of talent like never seen before.

The business was founded by Rawdica Stephen, who has over seven years experience in media and currently serves as a Senior News Reporter at the National Broadcasting Corporation/NBC Radio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Journalism and a Minor in Entertainment and Cultural Enterprise Management obtained at CARIMAC at the University of the West Indies, Mona campus.

Stephen has always been a lover of music which fueled the passion to put her minor to use, hence the birth of Radikal Entertainment.

The business offers a wide range of services which include Public Relations, promotion, artiste guidance and entertainment, among other services.

When asked about the inspiration behind the name of her new venture she said ” well my name Rawdica has often been associated with being radical and I also chose radical because I wanted it to be different from what everyone else is doing, which you’ll see on my YouTube channel that’s coming soon”. She said she was also inspired change the “c” in radical to a “k” to also highlight how she wanted her business to be different.

Stephen is determined to make her newest venture work which operates with the tag line “Re-imagined, Re-defined”. So far, she has been working behind the scenes with local artistes and promoters as a means of networking and establishing new clients.

Stephen says whenever she doesn’t achieve a response she expected she reminds herself of the famous quote by Mahatma Gandhi in the belief that her business will grow if she continues to persevere: “first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you. Then you win”.
