    Taxi operator charged with wounding

    On 05.07.20, police have arrested and charged Derek Penniston, 23 years Taxi Operator of Hamilton, Bequia with wounding.According to investigation, the accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously wound a 43 year old labourer of Union Level, Bequia by beating him about his body with a piece of pipe causing actual bodily harm.Penniston will appear before the Union Island Magistrate’s Court to answer to the charge.
