    Businessman charged with possession of unlicensed Ammunition

    On 15/08/202 about 2:59 pm, the Police arrested and charged Oscar King, 35yrs Businessman of Fairban Pasture with the offence of Possession of Unlicensed Ammunition.

    According to the investigation, the defendant allegedly had in his possession thirty-seven (37) rounds of .40mm ammunition without a license issued under the Firearms Act at Lower Middle Street, Kingstown about 1:12 pm on 14/08/2020.
