    Students to Receive 54 Scholarships and 12 Bursaries from the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force

    On Wednesday August 19, 2020, the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) in collaboration with the SVG Police Cooperative Credit Union (SVGPCCU) and the SVG EX- Police Association will host its annual scholarship and bursary awards ceremony under the theme “The road to success is paved with many obstables – overcome them and achieved your goals”. A total of fifty four (54) scholarships and twelve (12) bursaries will be awarded to students who passed the 2020 Caribbean Primary Exit Assessment examinations (CPEA).

    The ceremony will commence at 2:30 pm at the Police Canteen, located on the third floor of the Kingstown Vegetable Market. Remarks will be delivered by Commissioner of Police, Mr. Colin John, Vice president of the Police Cooperative Credit Union, Station Sergeant Brenton Smith, a representative from the Ministry of Education and Mr. Michael Charles, President of the SVG Ex- Police Association. The keynote address will be delivered by Ms. Alana Mc Master, Bank Officer with the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and a former recipient of a Police Scholarship.

    Awardees and parents and guardians are asked to be seated at 2:00 pm.
