    Police Investigating The Death Of Josiah Richards

    Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Quinson Josiah Richards, 21 years old, labourer of Fair Hall that occurred on 27.11.2020.


    According to investigations, some unknown person(s) for with malice aforethought caused the death of the deceased by striking him on the head with an unknown object at Glen between 5:00pm on 25.11.2020 and 7:10am 26.11.2020.
    A post-mortem examination will be conducted on the body of the deceased to ascertain the exact cause of death.


    Persons with information pertaining to this investigation are asked to contact the Assistant Commissioner in charge of Crimes at 1784-456-1339 or the officer in charge of South Central Division at 1784-458-4200 or any Police Station or Police Officer you are comfortable with. All information will be treated confidentially.
    Richards’s death marks the 28th homicide for the year 2020. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
