Duncan who was born in June 1932 died on Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Thompson Home in Kingstown.
Ms. Duncan dedicated her life to the public through radio. She served as General Manager of Radio 705 then NBC Radio from 1982-1987.
Duncan was the first female in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to hold an Amateur Radio License.
