    Memorial funeral home donates school uniforms to schools in Marriaqua

    The President of Marriaqua Football Association Mr Yosiah Dascent along with Anthony Hazel the goal keeper coach for Marriaqua Constituency and Mr Stephen Dasilva of Memorial Funeral Home went to five primary school in Marriaqua Constituency to donate football uniforms.

    Mr Stephen Dasilva a past president of Marriaqua Sports Association was the key sponsor of this iniative of Marriaqua Football Association to bring back Primary School Soccer to Marriaqua Constituency.

    The President expressed his gratitude to Mr Dasilva and all Principal’s from the various Primary school in Marriaqua Constituency. He also said that five coaches will be assign to assist with the training of students who are interested in playing football. The five coaches are as follows:

    Anthony Hazel : Cane-end Government
    Orlando Thrimingham- SDA primary School
    Jemar Pope- Marriaqua Government School
    Travisha Diamond – Richland Park Government School.
    Figo Pope: Evesham Primary School.

    These Five coaches are members of the two clubs in area Pride and Joy and Glenside Ball Blazers Fc.
