KINGSTOWN, March 12 2024– District Stairs SVG Ltd is thrilled to welcome Mr. Kyron Duncan as the new General Manager, a pivotal move aimed at laying a solid foundation for the company’s development and expansion in the finishing materials and renovation sectors. This strategic hiring underscores District Stairs’ dedication to becoming a prominent player in the residential, commercial, and institutional renovation and construction markets.

With over 14 years of managerial experience across various sectors both locally and regionally, Mr. Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to District Stairs. Holding a BSc in Management and an MSc in Project Management, he is perfectly positioned to steer the foundational development essential for District Stairs to realize its ambitious long-term goals. His role will primarily focus on strengthening internal operations, boosting customer service, and broadening the company’s market reach.

Mr. Duncan expressed his excitement about his new position, saying, “I am honored to join District Stairs at such a crucial juncture. I am eager to leverage the company’s existing strengths and unlock new avenues for growth and improvement. Concentrating on our core services and the needs of our customers, we will establish a robust groundwork for District Stairs to emerge as a leader in the finishing materials and renovation sector.”

In alignment with Mr. Duncan’s appointment, Marlon Bute, President and CEO of District Stairs, outlined the immediate priorities: “Kyron’s first order of business will be to oversee the hiring of new staff, the renovation of our new District Stairs Depot, and the construction of our new state-of-the-art showroom and store. These initiatives are critical in laying the groundwork for our future success and establishing a strong foundation for our growth strategy.”
