Kingstown, St. Vincent – In a heartening gesture of community support, BOP Insecticide Spray, through Coreas Distribution, has made a substantial donation to St. Benedict’s Day Nursery & Children’s Home. This initiative aims to enhance the institution’s capacity to serve underprivileged children in the region. The donation was officially handed over by Ms. Afra Bynoe, Brand Manager at Coreas Distribution, to Sister Nyra Pajotte, who oversees the operations at St. Benedict’s.

For over six decades, St. Benedict’s Day Nursery & Children’s Home has been a vital resource in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, providing crucial services in education, healthcare, and social activities to hundreds of disadvantaged children. The Home is committed to enabling children to achieve their full potential by offering opportunities that they might not otherwise have.

The generous contribution from BOP comprises a variety of essential grocery items, including milk, tea, pasta, condiments, cereals, canned foods, toiletries, pharmaceuticals, Beep Air Fresheners, and other cleaning supplies. These items are essential for the daily operations and the overall well-being of the children at St. Benedict’s.

Ms. Afra Bynoe reiterated Coreas Distribution’s dedication to supporting the Home, stating, “We recognize the incredible work St. Benedict’s has been doing for decades. It is our honor to support them in their mission to provide care and opportunities for underprivileged children.”

Sister Nyra Pajotte expressed profound gratitude for the significant donation, underscoring its importance in maintaining the high standard of care that the Home provides to the children.

The support from BOP and Coreas Distribution underscores the community’s appreciation of St. Benedict’s invaluable contributions and ensures the continuation of its essential services, benefitting many more children in the future.
