The RSVGPF emphasizes the importance of adhering to the new schedule and guidelines to maintain safety and security for all citizens, residents, and visitors. The authorities have assured the public that they remain open to addressing concerns and queries but reiterate that public safety is paramount.

“We urge all participants and organizers to comply with these amendments. In these challenging times, cooperation is crucial to ensure a successful and secure carnival,” stated the RSVGPF.

The CDC and RSVGPF appreciate the public’s understanding and cooperation, encouraging everyone to contribute to a safe and joyous Vincy Mass 2024.
