Kingstown, April 7, 2025 – Two young women have been charged in connection with the theft of a Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone and related items, following an incident that occurred in Kingstown on April 5, 2025.

Kennicia Foye, a 24-year-old call agent from Campden Park, and Antonia Jacobs, a 24-year-old customer service representative from Vermont, were arrested and formally charged with theft.

They are accused of stealing a black Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone valued at EC$1,500.00, a grey and black phone case valued at EC$50.00, and a Flow SVG SIM card valued at EC$40.00—totaling EC$1,590.00. The items are the property of Roderick Jones, a 53-year-old lawyer of Brighton.

The accused appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on April 7, where they pleaded not guilty. The matter has been adjourned to November 26, 2025, for trial.
