As excitement builds for the much-anticipated Bagga Fish Fest, the Bagga Fish Fest Committee is issuing a public call for cooperation from all attendees, parents, and vendors to ensure a safe, family-friendly celebration for everyone.

In a statement released today, the committee urged parents and guardians to take full responsibility for their children, especially those under the age of 16, by ensuring they are not roaming the streets or lingering at the Bagga Square late at night during the event.

“We are thrilled to welcome everyone to Fish Fest, but we must prioritize the safety and well-being of our community’s children,” said a spokesperson for the committee. “This event is about culture, celebration, and community—and that includes being responsible for one another.”

The committee also issued a firm reminder to vendors and bar operators to refrain from selling alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, emphasizing the importance of adhering to the nation’s laws regarding alcohol sales to minors.

By working together, the committee believes the event can continue to be a cherished annual highlight that reflects the very best of Barrouallie’s heritage and hospitality.

The Bagga Fish Fest Committee thanks the public for their understanding, support, and cooperatio
