The victims have been identified as Lesline Davis, Joel Browne, and Demeon Cumberbatch.

According to initial reports, a lone gunman entered the shop operated by Davis and opened fire on the occupants. All three victims were fatally wounded in the attack.

Davis, a respected businesswoman in the area, had been operating her shop for over 15 years. She was also involved in regional trade, regularly purchasing goods to ship to Trinidad. Following the news of her death, many members of the public took to social media to express condolences, remembering her as a hardworking, kind, and generous woman who was always willing to assist others.

At the time of this report, police have not yet issued an official statement on the incident.

Earlier in the week, Steven King, a businessman, was shot and killed at his home in Green Hill. In a separate incident, a resident of Glen was reportedly chopped and later died from his injuries.

These killings bring the murder count for the week to five, and the total for the year so far to fifteen.
