Trending musical sensation Lady Lava is back on the island of St. Vincent—and not just for the stage!

In a heartfelt weekend visit, the dynamic performer reconnected with her maternal roots in Fancy, the northernmost village on mainland St. Vincent. It’s been over 20 years since Lady Lava last visited her relatives there—the well-known ‘Stay’ family of Fancy—making this homecoming deeply emotional for both her and the community.

Her mother hails from this tiny coastal gem, and her return stirred up waves of joy and nostalgia, with family members embracing her with open arms and beaming smiles.

But Lady Lava isn’t only here for the family lime—she’s also set to light up the stage at OverD.O.S.E. fete, happening today (Sunday) at the Arnos Vale Sporting Complex from 5 PM, presented by One784Promotions.

Known for her infectious energy, bold lyricism, and unapologetic style, Lady Lava has carved out a name in global music circles with hits like:
    🎵 “Ring Finger”
    🎵 “Bedtime Story”
    🎵 “Cha Cha Cha”
🎵 and the fierce anthem “Bob the Builder”

Whether she’s commanding the stage or embracing her heritage, one thing’s for sure—Lady Lava’s Vincentian bloodline runs deep, and the island is beyond proud to call her one of our own. 💛💚💙
