The Public Health Department within the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment will be conducting Food Handlers’ Sessions on the Patio of the Kingstown Vegetable Market from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily on the following dates:

Wednesday, 18th June 2025
Thursday, 19th June 2025
Tuesday, 24th June 2025
Wednesday, 25th June 2025
Thursday, 26th June 2025
These sessions are being held to register and certify all food handlers, particularly those intending to sell food during the Carnival season, as well as anyone else in need of certification.
⚠️ Reminder: Failure to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Certificate is a breach of the Public Health Act (1977) and is considered an offence.
We urge all food handlers to make a special effort to attend one of the scheduled sessions and to arrive on time.
