Kingstown, March 27, 2025 – Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with the theft of a brown and white cow valued at $6,000. Police charged Shemar Garraway, a 24-year-old mechanic of New Montrose, and Michael Richards, a 28-year-old farmer of Campden Park, with the offence of theft.
