The Police in the Spring Village district are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspected drowning that occurred on Wednesday 31 st January 2024 at Cumberland Bay. The incident claimed the life of Devon Morgan, alias “Sleepy”, a 33-year-old Fisherman of Barrouallie. According to preliminary investigations, about 12:25 p.m., police at the Spring Village Police Station received a telephone report that stated that someone had drowned at Cumberland Bay.
