The SVG Coast Guard Service (SVGCGS) conducted an Instructors Development Refreshers Course for two weeks at Coast Guard Base, Calliaqua from 17th – 28th January 2022. In a judgment released today, the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in its Appellate Jurisdiction, allowed the appeal of the Commissioner of Police, in the matter of Commissioner of Police v Stephen Alleyne [2022] CCJ 2 (AJ) BB.
