MINNEAPOLIS, United States (AP) — The city of Minneapolis on Friday agreed to pay US$27 million to settle a civil lawsuit from George Floyd’s family over the Black man’s death in police custody, as jury selection continued in a former officer’s murder trial. HAMILTON, Bermuda (CMC)— More than a quarter of the population in Bermuda have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, and 16 per cent are fully immunised, officials have said. The news came as Ministry of Health reported a single COVID-19 infection in a resident with no links to known cases or recent travel history. There are now 28 active cases.
