SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Puerto Rico’s governor says officials will start vaccinating all those 16 years and older beginning Monday, prompting celebrations across a US territory facing a spike in coronavirus cases. The Volcano Monitoring Network continued to record small earthquakes associated with thegrowth of the lava dome. There were also several small Volcano-Tectonic (VT) earthquakeslocated beneath the volcano.The alert level remains at Orange.
