1. An investigation was conducted at the Wallibou Hot Spring area on Sunday 7th February, 2021 based on a report of irregular temperatures and unusual gas smells there. Some gas sampling was done by Dr. Thomas Christopher, the temperature was taken at different points and some liquid samples were collected for further analysis. 2. Two (2) positive cases were from samples collected on January 27, eighteen (18) from February 1st, two (2) from February 3rd, five (5) from February 5th, seven (7) from February 6th and seven (7) from February 8th. One (1) case is a national who traveled from Canada and was detected on entry. The other cases were detected during contact tracing and testing of persons with flu symptoms.
