Police have arrested and charged Jason Williams, a 33 year old labourer of Long Wall, Kingstown with unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition. Investigations carried out revealed that on 17.11.2020 about 8:05pm, the Accused allegedly had in his possession one (1) .38 Smith and Wesson firearm and three (3) rounds of .38 ammunition without a license issued under the Firearms Act.
