Customers of St. Vincent Electricity Services Limited (VINLEC) will see a 26% decrease in the Fuel Surcharge Rate from last month’s bill. Fidel Davis, the Stubbs man who lost his life on Monday May 11th, 2020 during a motorbike crash has been described as a man who loved life, was friendly and outgoing. Davis was riding his motorbike, a black and white Ninja registration number PW177, in the area of the Biabou bridge when he crashed. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
