Crown Counsel Karim Nelson, on Tuesday, agreed with at least one of the grounds for appeal presented by Kay Bacchus-Baptiste on behalf of her clients Althea, Crystal and Pastor Nigel Morgan. According to investigations, on 21.02.2020 an unknown male assailant with the intent to commit the act of murder on the virtual complainant shot her in the face and chest with a gun. The Trump administration has listed five Caribbean countries among 84 worldwide that are eligible for H-2A and H-2B visa programmes that allow US employers to bring foreign nationals to the US to fill temporary agricultural and nonagricultural jobs, Caribbean National Weekly reports.
