1. General prohibition of\nuse and intellectual property rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.1<\/strong> Unless\notherwise expressly stated, you may not copy, reproduce, republish,\ndisassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit,\ndistribute, lend, hire, sub-license, rent, perform, make a derivative work\nfrom, make available to the public, adapt, alter, edit, re-position, frame,\nrebrand, change or otherwise use in any way any Asbert News Network content in\nwhole or in part on your product or service or elsewhere or permit or assist\nany third party to do the same except to the extent permitted at law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2<\/strong> all\ncopyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property\nrights (registered and unregistered) in Asbert News Network shall remain vested\nin Asbert News Network or its licensors; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3<\/strong> the\nnames, images and logos identifying Asbert News Network, its licensors or third\nparties and their products and services in Asbert News Network content are\nsubject to copyright, design rights and trade marks (registered and\nunregistered) of Asbert News Network or any other relevant third party or\nlicensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How you may use Asbert News Network online services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you comply with these Terms of Use and any applicable\nAdditional Terms and with all relevant laws (for instance, copyright law), you\nmay use Asbert News Network to access, view and\/or listen to Asbert News\nNetwork content for your personal and non-business use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The basis on which Asbert News Network makes the Asbert News\nNetwork online services available to you<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

4. Digital Rights Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

So that Asbert News Network can meet its obligations to third\nparties who own rights in Asbert News Network content, Asbert News Network may\nembed digital rights management security in Asbert News Network content and\/or\nuse other content-protection measures. You may not adjust or circumvent or try\nto adjust or circumvent these technical measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. How can I make contributions to Asbert News Network?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

5.1<\/strong> Asbert\nNews Network may invite you to make, share or submit your own, original\ncontributions to Asbert News Network. These Terms of Use and any Additional\nTerms for particular Asbert News Network services set out the rules governing\nhow you may do so and how Asbert News Network may use your contribution. Your\ncontribution may include text, photographs, graphics, video or audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2<\/strong> If\nyou submit your contribution to Asbert News Network you must allow the Asbert\nNews Network to use the material in your contribution in any way it may\nreasonably choose on a free-of-charge basis in any media throughout the world.\nAny contributions you make may be moderated by Asbert News Network which means\nthey may be reviewed, edited and\/or removed. Asbert News Network reserves the\nright to remove any of your contributions if Asbert News Network believes that\nthey do not comply with the Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3<\/strong> You\ngrant Asbert News Network the right to change or edit the materials in your\ncontribution for operational and editorial reasons. Asbert News Network may\nalso share your contribution with trusted third parties, for instance with\nother users of Asbert News Network\u2019 services or, in the case of news-related\nmaterial, Asbert News Network may share your contribution with its partners\n(for instance reputable local or foreign news broadcasters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.4<\/strong> Any\ncopyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not\nexclusive, so you can continue to use the material you contribute in any way\nincluding allowing others to use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.5<\/strong> You\nconfirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory or\nunlawful and does not infringe anyone else\u2019s rights (including privacy rights)\nand that it complies with the Terms. You also confirm that your contribution is\nmade in your personal (rather than business) capacity and that such\ncontribution does not unfairly promote or further any business activities and\nhas not been contributed for commercial gain. You also confirm that, where\nconsent is necessary, you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in\nyour contribution or the consent of their parent\/guardian if they are under 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.6<\/strong> We\nnormally show your name with your contribution, unless you request otherwise,\nbut for operational reasons this is not always possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.7<\/strong> Asbert\nNews Network may need to contact you for administrative or verification\npurposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular\nprojects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.8<\/strong> Please\ndo not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any\nlaws when creating any content you may share with Asbert News Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.9<\/strong> As\npart of your contribution, Asbert News Network may ask you to provide some\npersonal information. Asbert News Network will keep your personal information\nsecure and will only use it for the purposes specified. All personal\ninformation held by Asbert News Network will be held in accordance with the\nterms of applicable data protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.10<\/strong> If\nyou do not want to grant Asbert News Network permission to use your\ncontributions in accordance with the Terms, please do not share with or submit\nthem to iwnsvg.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
