We can\u2019t be blind to justice in St. Vincent and the Grenadines,\u201d and he asked, &#8220;Are there two laws, one for the rich and one for the poor?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Connell has repeatedly stated in Court that the Head of the Cannabis Revival Committee (CRC) Junior \u2018Spirit\u2019 Cottle, who has been in the marijuana trenches for decades, has put the value of marijuana at $200 per pound.<\/p>\n<p>Cottle did so in a sworn affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>Connell has been unrelenting in asking the Court to accept the value as given by Cottle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Attorney Grant Connell is questioning whether there are two laws, one for the rich and one for the poor.
