Unlike traditional concerts or stage plays, <i>\u201cSoca Relations\u201d <\/i>uses soca music as a storytelling device rather than solely for entertainment.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Soca was pioneered by Ras Shorty I in Trinidad and Tobago and is widely known as the driving force behind Carnival across the region.
