The Organisation for Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission is scheduled to host its Regional Advisory Group meeting for the Juvenile Justice Reform Programme (Phase 2) on October 30th, 2018 at the Beachcombers Hotel.<\/p>\n
The strategic focus of this meeting is aligned to the main goal of the second phase of the programme which is geared towards reducing the number of youth in conflict with the law by way of improved rehabilitation and reintegration practices. The specific objectives of the meeting are to: –
\n1.\tprovide a status update on the programme and the implementation of the annual work plan;
\n2.\tdescribe the challenges and lessons learned in project implementation;
\n3.\tintroduce the Project Implementation Committee (PIC) \u2013 a firm with the required expertise to facilitate the implementation of juvenile justice reform activities across member states; and
