This was prior to the wanted post.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8220;If they want the job done, give it to one of the bright sparks in the police force,\u201d he said. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He singled out Inspector Dwayne Bailey of the Rapid Response Unit (RRU) and Sergeant Biorn Duncan of the Major Crime Unit (MCU) as two of the bright sparks.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The lawyer suggested that bail could be granted, with conditions attached to ensure that the accused shows up when the matter is called.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Bail was granted on condition that Chapman surrender his travel documents and report to his nearest police station twice a week.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He was also placed on a dusk to dawn curfew, and ordered not to contact the virtual complainant.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Stop notices will be placed at all ports of entry and exit.
