The Prime Minister and Minister of National Security acting under the authority of the Cabinet of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has ordered on Friday, March 27, 2020, as follows:-<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All yachts and pleasure craft entering the territorial waters of St. Vincent and the Grenadines from outside this country\u2019s jurisdiction is required to clear Immigration and Customs of St. Vincent and the Grenadines at one of three ports of entry on St. Vincent, namely: Kingstown, Blue Lagoon, and Wallilabou. Accordingly, the ports of entry at Union Island, Canouan, and Bequia are closed to such yachts and pleasure craft.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The health, security, customs, and immigration authorities at the ports of entry in Kingstown, Blue Lagoon, and Wallilabou are being strengthened to better regulate and exercise surveillance of the entry of such yachts and pleasure craft and their passengers and crew. All the existing restrictions, and quarantine and isolation protocols for entry into St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a consequence of Covid-19 will be enforced fully by all the authorities of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No yacht and pleasure craft entering the territorial waters of St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be permitted to linger therein for the hitherto permissible 24-hours before clearing its entry. Such yachts and vessels are required to proceed immediately for a clearance to enter at one of the aforementioned ports of entry on the island of St. Vincent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The above provisions take effect at 7:00 p.m. on March 27, 2020, until further notice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The authorities in St. Vincent and the Grenadines will monitor closely all those aboard the yachts and pleasure craft which had previously been cleared for entry into St. Vincent and the Grenadines. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
